To help us help you, include:

• The gift link (openagift.com/g/…) if your question is about a specific gift. Without it we cannot find the gift — there are no accounts to look you up by.
• Your manage link (openagift.com/m/…) only if you are the sender and want us to act on the gift, for example delete it. Never send it otherwise; anyone holding it can delete the gift.
• What you expected and what happened, plus the phone or browser you used if something did not open.

You do not need to write to us: the sender's manage link has a “Delete this gift” button that removes the record and the photo at once. If you have lost the manage link, email us with the gift link and we will delete the gift on request. Every gift is deleted automatically in any case — see the privacy policy for the schedule.

If someone sent you a gift link that breaks our terms — harassment, impersonation, illegal or abusive content — email the gift link with a short note. We may remove the gift.

For press, directory listings, or partnership questions, use the same address with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject. Public product facts are on the about page.
